Rates quoted are for single or double occupancy. Children twelve (12) and older are welcome. Rate is all inclusive of New York State and Suffolk County taxes.

Luxury Suite
The Coffey House Suite includes a wrought iron bed, fireplace, and sitting area. The bathroom has an oversized soaking tub, vanity, and spacious glass enclosed shower.

High season (May 1st through October 31st)       $350 per night
Off season (November 1st through April 30th)     $275 per night

Traditional Room
Our Traditional guest rooms also have wrought iron beds, and private bathrooms with a tub and shower combination.

High season (May 1st through October 31st)       $275 per night
Off season (November 1st through April 30th)     $225 per night

LENGTH OF STAY
From May 1st through October 31st, a two night minimum stay is required on weekends. A three night minimum is required on all holiday weekends.

PAYMENT
A fifty (50) percent deposit is required to confirm your room reservation. The balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to your date of arrival.
A valid major credit card will be required at the time your reservation is made. Visa, MasterCard and American Express, personal check and cash are accepted as payment.

ARRIVAL
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Please call in advance to make other arrangements.

DEPARTURE
Check-out time is 11:00 am. If an earlier check-out is required, please let us know in advance.
